Whatever mods you decide to do to your fifty make sure you save some cash/available funds on the credit card to buy a set of billet wheels. In my opinion they are the best thing you can spend your hard earned cash on. They don’t buckle, theres no spokes to come loose, and of course they look sweet. Yes it’s a big expence at around £300 for a rear and £550 for the pair, but if your willing to splash out to ensure your wheels don’t let you down then these are the boys for you. (more…)

I recently purchased a Outerware filter cover as i was experiencing problems with my bike running poorly in wet conditions, the problem with fifty’s is that the air filter is in a vulnerable place (unless you use a standard air box, but then you loose hp) and generally gets soaked on a wet ride. The Outerware filter cover is made from a water resistant yet breathable material so doesn’t effect performance and keeps the air filter bone dry. (more…)

I bought this kit a few years ago now and both the peg mount and the pegs are truly awesome, the honeycombe pegs are extremely light weight, the CNC machining is cleverly designed to minimise mud build up and the 20 studs per peg are still fully intact. I would highly recommend splashing out on these little dabblers.
